My studio is not located in a commercial building, but rather in my home in Milton, Delaware. I wanted to offer my personalized services in the comfort of a home-based setting.

This cozy and professional environment will allow me to give each client individual attention in peaceful, private setting. My studio allows me to keep my services accessible without the added costs of renting a space. In avoiding those overhead expenses, I can focus on providing you exceptional service at more affordable cost.

*Please note — I welcome ONE client at a time for each appointment. Since my space is designed for individual care, I do not have a waiting area available. This time is just for you... for yourself, by yourself. 

WOMEN: My facials are tailored to support and enhance the needs of women with maturing skin & focusing on the changes that come with time - decreased collagen production, fine lines & wrinkles, dry skin, age spots & uneven skin tone, and thinning skin. I will focus on hydrating, firmness & overall skin health.

*MEN: While men certainly deserve & benefit from facials, I am unable to offer my services to male clients at this time.

*TWEENS (under 13): I understand that this demographic is becoming increasingly popular to market skincare products & services to, but I —- like many other estheticians — do not believe in providing facial services to children under 13.

TEENAGERS (13 - 19): This is a more appropriate age group for an introduction to facials and starting a (gentle) home regimen. While I do not specialize in heavily acneic skin, I will offer a 45-minute, entry-level service to teens. It will include a thorough evaluation of their skin, light extractions — if necessary — and an educational element addressing cleansing, exfoliation, and sun protection.

I understand that life happens! Please text me at least 48 hours in advance for any appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, no-shows, or arriving visibly sick may be subject to a fee. 

Please understand that time was reserved for you and it is extremely difficult to fill that time slot with little notice. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require pre-payment before booking. Thank you for respecting my time & small business.

My studio is by appointment only. I do not have a formal receptionist or waiting area. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment.

Clients more than 10 minutes late may receive a shorter service to allow us to be on time for the next appointment.

To make the most of your facial experience, please arrive with a fresh, makeup-free face when possible, to minimize the time spent on cleansing & help me asses your skin more easily.

If you would like to enjoy the complimentary scalp massage, feel free to come with hair that’s a little on the dirtier side.

Please remember to leave your jewelry at home or be ready to remove it before your treatment.

A facial gown will be provided for your comfort & convenience.

Yes! A Craving Quiet gift certificate makes a thoughtful and relaxing gift for someone special. You can purchase them in any amount or for a specific service. You may purchase them in person or on my website, to be mailed out.

I accept credit cards, Venmo, and cash. Payment is due at the time of your appointment.

Yes! Every treatment is customized to your skins need, and I am always happy to provide guidance on products and routines that will support your skin in between appointments.

Absolutely. My treatments are customized to your skins unique needs. I use gentle, non-toxic products that work well for sensitive skin. If you have any allergies, medical conditions, or specific concerns, just let me know in your client intake form so I can help tailor your facial accordingly.

Gratuities are not included in Craving Quiet’s service prices. If you are pleased with your service, a gratuity of 15-20% is recommended. Gratuity may be paid in cash, or you may request it be included in your credit card total. 

Unopened retail returns are accepted for exchange or store credit, within 15 days of purchase. If the product is defective, I will issue you a refund.

There are no refunds on services rendered. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact me within 24 hours after your appointment so that the situation may be corrected. It is my policy to provide you with the best professional service and products customized for your skin condition. 

There are no refunds on gift certificates and no cash back on unused portions.
